Based on these energy diagnostics, we predict energy saving potentials and identify refurbishment priorities for existing neighbourhoods. Based on a requirement analysis conducted together with our customers, we then define, simulate and optimize candidate energy scenarios and variants, combining building efficiency upgrade and innovative energy supply strategies.
Depending on our customers need, results of these studies will be an urban refurbishment plan over the next decades, the identification of roofs suitable for photovoltaic installations, an optimized layout for profitable district heating systems or other advanced analyses.
